Hybrid Fitness Coaching

Hybrid Fitness Coaching could be perfect for you if you have a home gym, want to continue being a member at another gym or you travel regularly and have access to a gym or some equipment and want some focus and a plan to follow. The Hybrid Fitness Coaching option combines in-person Fitness Coaching with online coaching so we’re truly able to cover all bases of your training, nutrition and lifestyle. From technique correction and teaching you new exercises to holding you accountable to your training outside of your in-person sessions, I’m your full time Coach!

After a thorough consultation to define your goals and agree your preferred training frequency I will design a programme that is as unique as you are.

With continued communication via the our industry leading app, feedback and monthly in-person sessions I’m here every step of the way.

Providing support, guidance, and education, whether we’re together or not.

This membership option includes 1 in-person session per month in addition to full programming via the app.
