I provide client centric, education focused, totally individualised In-Person Fitness Coaching in a private, well-equipped space that just might be the key to a happier, stronger, you. Alternatively I offer Hybrid Fitness Coaching which is a combination of in-person and online programming enabling you to be flexible about when and where you train but still have all the benefits of a Fitness Coach in your pocket.

Whichever option you chose you will have access to an industry leading app enabling you to track progress, record personal bests, access your workouts, input nutrition and wearable device data all into a one stop dashboard. In addition enabling us to communicate whenever and wherever.

I provide my services through a membership structure which drives consistency and an increased chance of achieving your goals providing the best outcomes possible and highest chance of success.

My approach to both In-Person and Hybrid Fitness Coaching options:

  • Understand your unique goals, ambitions, and motivations.
  • Design a programme that works for you, and your lifestyle.
  • I will work with you to identify and embed habits that will help you get to where you want to be with your fitness, strength, and nutrition. Habits that you can stick to which is fundamental to long-term success.
  • Support you with implementing changes to your lifestyle and nutrition that will result in a better quality of life in the long term.
  • Education is key to understanding your results and achieving long term success. If you understand why you’re doing something you will feel much more confident doing it. Through evidence-based practice I will support you in never wasting your time on anything less than optimal and enjoyable training again.

With your commitment and my expertise, you will establish healthy habits, get confident in the gym, move, and feel better, and learn skills that last for life, not just changing how others see you, but how you see yourself.

What does working with me look like?

  • Drop me a note and we’ll have a chat about where you are, what your goals are, and what we might be able to work on together.
  • You’ll join me at the gym for a free consultation to discuss your goals in more detail and we’ll step through a movement assessment together, maybe do a little taster session in the gym and then we’ll get you started on our trial membership if that’s what we decide is right for you.
  • During your trial membership you will receive individualised Fitness Coaching sessions, along with supportive conversation about your goals, and the opportunity for us to consider your current lifestyle and nutrition routines and where adjustments might help. This trial membership is your opportunity to determine whether the solution I can offer you will work for you longer term, so ask all the questions you need to.
  • Towards the end of your trial membership, we’ll chat about ongoing membership options and find the best fit for you. There is no obligation to sign up after your trial. Your investment in your health and fitness is a very personal one.
  • Once you have signed up to an ongoing plan, we will continue to work on all your goals and healthy habits which will of course alter over time. I will be there to help you navigate and keep us moving forward, at whatever pace we find is right for you.
  • You achieve your goals, build a more resilient, stronger, happier, and confident version of you and learn the tools that will impact your life forever.
