In-Person (face to face) Fitness Coaching is ideal for anyone looking for more accountability and an extra push.

The perfect way to learn to lift, and grow confidence in the gym.

Fully personalised, in-person sessions to give you autonomy over your fitness, tailored to you, your ability, and your goals.

You will have regular in-person sessions at COACHED, we’ll agree times for your sessions in advance and these will become regular time to invest in yourself and take time doing something genuinely great for your health and fitness.

Plus support, guidance and education – I’m your full time fitness coach.

Membership options include your choice of 4, 8 or 12 in-person sessions per month.

Also included with in-person coaching memberships:
Enrolment onto industry leading app to support engagement with your new programme, tracking your progress and personal bests, along with lifestyle and nutritional tracking tools. This app will provide you direct messaging to me at any time.
Inclusion in our small but perfectly formed COACHED community.
Nutritional and lifestyle coaching to help align what happens outside the gym, to what happens inside.
